All-on-X or “All-on-Four” is a process that involves replacing full arches of missing teeth with over dentures which are removable or fixed acrylic hybrid / full zirconia teeth supported by dental implants . This involves 4 to 6 strategically placed implants in the upper or lower jaw or both to which a bridge is then attached, as shown below.
